You Are Welcome Here
Many of Justine's clients come to her after years of hiding a scar, avoiding mirrors, or feeling like their body no longer belongs to them. Some were told their skin was too dark, their scar too complex, or that nothing could be done.
Justine built this practice to be the place that says yes, with care, precision, and deep respect for the story your skin carries. Every session is private, unhurried, and designed around you.

What to Expect
Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, alcohol) for 48 hours prior. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the treatment area. Arrive with clean, moisturized skin, no active sunburn on the area.
You will arrive at Justine's private suite in Orange. There is no waiting room full of strangers. Justine will greet you personally, review your case, and answer any last questions before beginning.
High-potency numbing cream is applied before any work begins. Sessions run 1-3 hours. You can pause at any time. Justine works quietly and methodically, many clients find the experience deeply relaxing.
You'll leave with a full aftercare kit (for sessions over $500) and written instructions. The treated area will be slightly red for 24-72 hours. Your follow-up session is scheduled 6-12 weeks later to refine and complete the result.

At AriCléa Restorative, Justine makes this process as simple as possible. You pay at the time of your session, and she provides everything you need to submit a complete, well-supported reimbursement claim to your insurer:

For breast cancer survivors and post-mastectomy or breast reconstruction patients. Using advanced pigment layering, shading, and highlight techniques, Justine creates deeply realistic three-dimensional areola and nipple results on reconstructed breasts, for all skin tones, including complex scarring and darker Fitzpatrick types that other artists cannot treat.
↳ Not suitable if currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation, pregnant or breastfeeding, or if breast skin is overly thinned post-mastectomy (surgeon to confirm).
Precision flesh-tone pigment camouflage for a wide range of surgical scars. Custom pigments are blended on-site to match your exact skin tone. Covers tummy tuck, c-section, BBL, liposuction, arm/thigh lift, breast augmentation/reduction, facelift, gastric sleeve, hernia repair, self-harm scars, burn scars, top surgery scars, and cleft palate scars.
↳ Keloid scars are assessed case by case, consultation required.
For patients with scarring around the areola following breast augmentation, breast lift, reduction, or nipple reduction surgery. Custom pigments are matched to the natural areola color to seamlessly blend and conceal periareolar scarring.
↳ For darker skin or hyperpigmented areola scarring, artistic solutions may be used in combination with standard camouflage.
Two options: Inkless collagen stimulation (needling with hyaluronic acid / growth factor serum to naturally smooth and blend stretch marks, no pigment, best for colored marks) or pigment camouflage (custom flesh-tone pigments matched to your skin, blended into light/silver stretch marks). Often combined for best results.
↳ No tanning for 4 weeks before appointment, pigments are matched to your natural skin tone.
One of the most underserved specialties in paramedical tattooing, and one of the most transformative. Following abdominoplasty, the belly button is often relocated or reshaped, leaving scarring or an unnatural appearance. Justine recreates a natural-looking navel using advanced shading and pigment techniques.
↳ Available for all skin tones. Artistic additions (mandalas, floral accents) available on request.
A dedicated specialty for clients with Fitzpatrick V-VI skin, hyperpigmented scarring, and cases that fall outside the scope of conventional paramedical tattooing. Where standard flesh-tone camouflage cannot work, Justine applies 17 years of fine art mastery to find a path forward.
↳ This is an expertise that applies across all services, clients book the service they need and receive treatment adapted to their skin.
Scalp micropigmentation creates the appearance of hair follicles on the scalp, giving the illusion of a full, dense hairline or close-shaved head. For clients experiencing hair loss, thinning, alopecia, or scalp scarring from surgery or injury.
↳ Strong daily sunscreen required. Touch-up after several years.
Paramedical pigment camouflage for stable vitiligo patches and port wine stain birthmarks (post-laser, with physician approval). Custom pigments matched to surrounding natural skin tone. Available for face, hands, arms, and body.
↳ All port wine stain cases reviewed via photo and physician documentation prior to booking.
Keloid scars are assessed individually, not all keloid cases are candidates, and Justine will always be honest about what is and is not possible. For keloid-adjacent or stabilized scars, Justine offers scar relaxation to soften tissue, followed by camouflage or artistic transformation.
↳ For cases where camouflage is not viable, artistic scar transformation may be offered, turning the keloid into intentional body art.
For clients whose scars cannot be fully addressed with conventional camouflage, or who choose not to hide them. Justine designs and tattoos custom fine art that integrates the scar into intentional body art, flowing with the body’s natural contours. Every design begins at consultation. Nothing is templated.
↳ The scar becomes part of something meaningful, beautiful, and entirely personal.
Before camouflage pigment can be effectively applied to raised, tight, or fibrous scar tissue, the scar often needs to be prepared. Scar relaxation uses needling techniques to soften raised scar tissue, improve texture, stimulate collagen and melanin production, and create a better surface for subsequent camouflage work.
↳ This is frequently the first phase of a multi-stage treatment plan.
Before any procedure begins, come in for a private, hands-on consultation where you can see and feel exactly what is possible for your skin. Justine performs live skin tone color matching, applies test pigments directly to your skin so you can see how camouflage will look in real light, and walks you through a fully tailored plan for your specific case. You leave with a clear, honest picture of your final results before a single permanent mark is made.
