Justine Almaraz is a fine artist, tattooer, and educator dedicated to transforming tattoo culture into a more intentional, inclusive, and sustainable space. With over 25 years of experience teaching art and nine years as a professional tattoo artist, her work bridges fine art, paramedical tattooing, and education.
Her approach is rooted in artistic stewardship, ethical responsibility, and the belief that tattoos are powerful tools for healing, self-expression, and connection. Through Tattoo EDU, she has supported dozens of artists in developing their craft, clarifying their direction, and stepping into professional confidence, without losing themselves in the process.
